In the early days of the modern Church, Mr. Herbert Armstrong would always begin the Feast by asking "Why are you here?"  One of the most important booklets written by Mr. Armstrong was titled "Why Were You Born?"  Mr. Armstrong understood the importance and inspirational value of answering the "why" question.  We also need to answer the "why" question.  Why do we preach the gospel?  Is the gospel a warning message, a message of witness or a message from which people are called by God the Father (John 6:44)?  This sermon explores the "why" of the gospel through the parable of the sower that went out to sow as recorded in Matthew 13.
