COGWA president, Jim Franks gave the opening address at the June Ministerial Conference and also made the concluding remarks.  Based on the theme and major points from these two presentations, he delivered the sermon in Fort Worth, Texas on June 23.  The sermon provides a good overview of the recent conference and explains our desire to preach the Gospel to a dying world and to care for those whom God has called.
